Barcode is a type of genes, that can be used to identify the species of an unknown individual.
Our database combined all published barcode, include NCBI, BOLD, and all published researches. We used MEGA11 to calculate their genetic distance (result can be checked below).
We provided two databases: All (more species but relative low correctness of sequences) and Accurate (less species but relative high correctness of sequences). The way for building Accurate can be found in method below or in the paper of this database;

The accurate database were build based on pipeline below.
1. Download all sequences from NCBI; Extracting the information (target region, species, etc) from articles or NCBI websites;
2. Download several mitochondrial genomes from NCBI, including xxxx;
